The Luigi Zordan Congress Centre, of the University of L'Aquila, will be the venue for ALGO 2026, a week-long event dedicated to advances in the design, analysis, and engineering of algorithms. The conference will gather researchers from universities, research institutes, and industry worldwide to present cutting-edge results and discuss emerging challenges in algorithmics and its applications.
The centrepiece of the event is the European Symposium on Algorithms (ESA 2026), the leading European conference on algorithm research and one of the most prestigious international forums for advances in algorithm design, data structures, computational complexity, and efficient computation. ALGO 2026 also brings together a series of specialised conferences and workshops that showcase the breadth and impact of contemporary algorithmic research. These include ALGOCLOUD 2026, on algorithmic aspects of cloud computing; ALGOWIN 2026, focusing on wireless networks; ATMOS 2026, dedicated to transportation modelling, optimisation, and intelligent mobility systems; IPEC 2026, covering parameterised and exact computation; WABI 2026, on algorithms in bioinformatics; and WAOA 2026, devoted to approximation and online algorithms.
